Rear seat belt does not tighten up when the belt is activated. Also, bolt that holds the seat in place failed when child safety seat was placed in the rear seat. Seat belt has been replaced once, and has failed again. Dealer has been contacted.

The vehicle was at an exit when a truck rear ended the vehicle, throwing the car 69 feet into another vehicle. Airbag did not deploy, and the front seat broke. Dealer contacted. One person was injured in accident.
