There is a recall out right now for my ignition switch but when I call Honda, they said there is no recalls for my vehicle. I am currently experiencing the symptoms of the recall but they refused to help me or dont believe me. I am not comfortable driving this vehicle right now because it shuts off while driving and I have no steering at all. This is my daily commuter. Please help.

1999 Honda Civic ex with intermittent stalling. The car will just cut off while you are driving. It does this everyday and will cut off while stopped at a traffic light, backing up or driving. There is no rhyme or reason to why it is doing. There was a recall on a faulty ignition switch but I have been told it did not include this VIN #. there are actually two recalls....on is tsb#02-031 and 9910. The last one my husband found on the internet and it only said Honda Civic 1999 and did not give a specific model. I really need help with this.
