The drivers seat on my piece of crap civic rocks back and fourth as though its not held down properly, its most noticeable when braking hard and seems to be getting worse. Ive looked at it and all the bolts are tight so i dont know what to do now. My seat belts also dont retract properly!!!!!! i hate this car
