After spending $1,500 on a new transmission, the car started leaking power steering fluid. Now it seems that the car has a humbling round when it is close to 40 mph, and the ridding is tougher than before. A mechanic states that it is a steering problem and the rack and pinion needs to be replaced. I have seen to fluid on my garage floor. Should I fix it, or just wait and use the car as a trade in for a new car?
