I bought my Civic brand new from a local dealer. They are the only ones to ever touch my car from day one. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and got a call from the service manager that one lug bolt had broke on each side of my front axle and wanted to know if I wanted it fixed. Of course I said yes because I needed to car to get to work. When I got back to the dealership, they showed me the bolts which had been clearly cross-threaded. They ended up charging me $250 to replace the bolts and they were doing me a favor because they gave me a discount. I'm sorry but that is far from a favor!
