Update from Oct 18, 2010: When I had my car in for an oil change they looked at it for free and they said it wasn't the seat bushings, they said it was the track that was wearing out and not holding the seat in place very well anymore. They said there isn't much you can do besides replacing it or they said they could shimmy the track and add a few more washers so it didn't rock (but this is not permanent, but they said it should last a few years). It helped a lot, it will only rock if I really force it, so I'm happy that they found a easy fix and didn't even charge me for it!

Update from Nov 21, 2010: Let my local shop know about it at one of my oil changes and they said that the track is wearing out and that the bushings are just fine, they added some washers and shimmied the track down for a temporary fix (long enough until I sell it anyways). What they did seemed to have reduced the rocking a little but it is still there of course, they didn't charge me a dime for what they did.

Update from Aug 25, 2011: Well I finally broke down and took my car to the local Honda Dealer because the seat was still rocking. My local shop kept saying that the seat itself was just wearing out and there isn't much they can do about it. Well the Honda dealer had a different story, they told me that the bushings were completely worn out and need to be replaced. Hmm, I guess the local shop didn't know what they were doing, so I am breaking down and paying the Honda dealer to fix the seat the right way.
