Ltr fm stephen cerini (NY) re defective window, film appears on window and obstructs vision while driving requesting a defect investigation. The manufacturer told the consumer the film that appears on the windows was normaland recommended to the consumer to keep the vehicle out of direct sunlight and opeing the windows would help the problem, however the consumer stated the vehicle was kept in a garage with the windows and sunroof opened all night.
