I went to the dealer after having just bought the car about 7 month earlier when the battery light started to flicker. I was worried but since I had a warranty I thought it would be ok. I took the car to the dealer and surprise, surprise they claimed it was the battery something not covered under the warranty. I paid the $138 (a little high don't you think for a battery) and all seemed well till this morning which is now only 4 months later the battery light is flickering again. Not sure if I should even bother with the dealer or take it to my mechanic who does warranty work to see if it's the battery or alternator. Why is it so hard to find a decent car? Especially when I spent over $16,000 for a used car.
