I noticed the car leaning to the driver's side about a month ago. We've had the car nearly 2 years at this point. The problem was worse on the back side then the front. When measured at the wheel wells, the driver's side was 3/4" lower then the passenger side. I took it into the dealership and they replaced the strut and spring on the year driver's side. It was then only 1/4" off when they were finished. A week or so later I noticed the car was leaning again to the driver's side. The lean again measures between 5/8" and 3/4" difference from the left to right side. I contacted the service dept at the dealership again and they in turn contacted the factory rep. They then reported back that the factory rep told them that a difference of up to 5/8" was "normal". NORMAL! If you were shopping for a used car and you saw one leaning this much, you would say "there's something wrong with the suspension on that car". I doubt I could even get a decent trade-in value on a car leaning this much. A lean of 1/2" is quite noticeable, 5/8"-3/4" is VERY noticeable. The service tech at the dealership agrees with me, he said he measured all the cars on his lot and didn't see any with more than 1/4" difference. But he says his hands are tied because when the factory rep says there is nothing wrong, he can't repair it under warranty.

I bought my car 2 day and fixed about suspension (knocking sound when turning) 2 day, and now 1 year my car still has problem as the same side, It has left side front 1 inch lower than the other side front. Honda technician said he test and it has 1/2 inch difference. they don't fix my car. and my car still has vibration when 25 mph and it away left side, it is hard to control. How can i make a complaint to honda? They don't do anything. I don't like my car. bad car. Honda please do something. I have the records. and want to show honda, you gave a bad car to me.

Wife noticed the vehicle was leaning on driver side. Checked air pressure, same on all tires, measured from ground and discovered vehicle was lower by 2 inches on drivers side (nobody in vehicle, and no she is not overweight!). Dealer said 2 weeks to check it out. Hopefully not a safety issue.
