Civic Hybrid 1.3L

Turn signal suddenly stopped working one day in the summer months. I checked the fuse, changed it and eventually it blew again. In the winter the fuse never blew. When the temperature rose too about 75F the fuse blew again. I started isolating the lights, but never got to isolating all of them.
