Continuous monitoring, including on the road, to create hazard. The following incidents are more about activities directly related to remaining qualified for a job and maintaining oneself in a state that is acceptable to employers. Reporter Name [XXX] HONDA Civic/CRX 2006Gray, CA[XXX] mySantaAna Work Order #[XXX] Traffic Engineering-Signal Issue Speed of Traffic Lights sped up and skipped through yellow to cause crossing at red or stopping within a foot of the crosswalk. Intersection has cameras around traffic lights. Timing was off enough to question, ie actually watching a stopwatch to know that it sped through yellow and ended green early from my view point was clearly seen. I will investigate further. Traffic patterns didn-€™t support such action and pedestrian activity just for that crossing was heavy while the other directions were not. Seemed suspicious but such timing had little effect on where my car stopped anyways. It was suspicious that there weren-€™t pedestrians traveling north and south on 17th or at the opposite side of the intersection, but that the side was on had at least 8 people immediately crossing. [XXX] Report Submitted NOV 16, 2022 - 7:39 AM New Request #[XXX] Location: [XXX] Description: Criminal or Illegal Activity (Trespass into Vehicle/ Theft of Control during Operation) in the City of West Covina I left Home Depot [XXX] on 11/16/22 9:59 PM PST. When I turned left onto Azusa Avenue to drive towards Amar Rd., two cars sped up in front of me. As both separated into each lane in front of me to drive side by side, the car on the left that drove in front of me, let out a significant amount of black smoke that began immediately after he merged into the far left lane in front of me after I turned left onto Azusa at The Heights traffic light intersection and ended immediately before the left turn p INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

I am being targeted as a DRIVER since 2010 for driving programs that automatically adjust the weight needed to effectively press the brake and gas pedals of any vehicle. 4/8/2022 3:34 PM PST, such activities occurred when merging onto traffic on the 57 N freeway from Imperial Hwy on ramp. To confirm that such occurred and that it was not due to overwhelming the engine during driving in high heat conditions, e.g. 97 degrees. On past occasions, this has involved accelerating, although minimal, when I have pushed the gas pedal at E. Cameron Ave. and S. Pima Ave. cross walk, to cause embarrassment, harassment, reports, and use of my emergency brake because children were crossing following a crosswalk guard. This incident was reported during 2010-2012. Such activity was suspected beforehand but too difficult to conclude that such was the case w/o incidents like the one just aforementioned. Since 2010, the radio has played alternative broadcasts, especially during activities as the one mentioned above to cause alarm, stress or for the purpose of involving someone else, such as Maria Auxiliadora Hernandez, formerly Solis and now Flores, of knowing exactly what was said or what I was saying to myself w/o anyone around at any time. Such activities appear to be implemented as her work rather than the actual work she is supposed to complete for the company that she holds herself out as working for, e.g. the woman at the donut shop counter is supposed to be engaging in donut shop related activities, but instead begins to harass other employees and clients regarding what was emitted through the radio or what they were doing at the time of the broadcast, instead of completing activities related to staffing a donut shop. Such activities were used to control the extent of her work and her work environment in lieu of what she is contracted to complete. Cover up seems to be testing driving practices when its supposedly apparent that I am on my way to work in lieu of home

Im having the same issue that another recall on a similar model has recieved the DC-DC converter has a problem charging the 12V battery causing engine failure, power failure, stearing failure and ABS failure. I am unable to turn on hazard lights because of it also battery will take U jump but will not keep the charge in the battery. I was driving home and on a flat street the car was losing all instrement lights the power stearing light came on as well as the battery light the ABS light and the ims light. I had to force the wheel to turn to a safe location due to being unable to turn on any warning lights. I could have been hit by another vehicle. I was driving in city conditions. I brought my vehicle to the dealership and they say my VIN number does not match the recalled one.

My ABS system caused me to crash. I was going 20 mph in snowy conditions (I have snow tires). When I pressed the brakes the ABS system engaged but after 20 feet or so my car had not slowed at all. Finally I pulled the emergency brake and the car began to slow, but it was too late and I hit the car in front of me. I've slide through several intersections in the past because when the ABS comes on in the snow there is virtually no braking at all. I know it's the ABS system that is the problem becuase in all of these instances I can accelerate with no problem, but when I try to brake the car wont stop. I finally took the fuse out of the ABS and drove through the same intersections and my car stops immediately with no problem. I even tried slamming on my brakes on the snow covered road with my ABS fuse removed and the car stops in like 5 feet, but with the ABS fuse installed it takes about 30 feet. Why is ABS required if it's so dangerous in the snow/ice? why is there no button to turn it off.

My brake lights failed except for the middle brake light above the trunk. Both bulbs have been replaced as well as the fuse. All other lights including hazard, backup, and blinkers work. An independent mechanic has examined the vehicle and confirmed the problem lies with the brake position switch and is related Honda defect code 5ey00 related to vins that begin jhmfa1 and supplied with me with a Honda service bulletins referring to this. 2 Honda service associates have insisted this is not under a recall. This is dangerous, please help.

I had a car accident on the huntingdon side of pine groves mountain on pa 26 South. I drove a Honda Civic 06 LX. When I was going down the mountain, I applied the brake normally to slow down before a curve when the speed was at 60 mph, but my car was drifting, not like hydroplaning at all. There was no water to cause that but it rained five to six hours before the accident. During the whole course of incident, the steering wheel was not responsive. When it started to drift, it skidded towards the incoming lane. I tried to correct the steering wheel slightly, it took much more force to operate the steering wheel and the direction was not corrected, so I adjusted it more. Then the head suddenly turned 60 to 80 degrees and hit the guardrail and then the car turned more than 180 degrees clockwise; then the tail hit a stop-sign pole and the car stopped in the mud. Since the car was still drivable, I did not call the police to check the scene. I think it was caused by Honda's design defects since I had Goodyear four-season tires with more than enough grids, so I want to hire an investigator to investigate my case and ask Honda to buy the car back. But none of the law firms I contacted could help me. During the whole course, there was no car coming in both directions. Two cars passed me by when I was pulling my car out of mud but none of them stopped, so I guess there was no witness. The first time when I applied the brake again after the incident, I felt the brake was flimsy, so I drove much slower later, at around 40 mph. I am not sure if the brake could handle that wet road again, but most of time at most places the brake does not fail, so I assume I experienced a case, on wet road with downhill gravity, that the car is incapable of handling.

I was stopped at a stop light that had just turned red (no one was in front of me). When I noticed that the light was turning yellow for the cross traffic, I let up on the brakes a little bit & maybe rolled a few inches. Suddenly I felt a forward thrust & immediately depressed the brake harder & looked in my rearview mirror as it felt like a car was pushing mine, there was no car behind me. I could hear the engine revving & I had to put more pressure on the brakes but then the light had turned green so I began to accelerate. (this all happened in just a few seconds) I immediately looked at the carpet which was completely in place. I continued to drive & when I had to stop I left a lot of space from the car in front of me but I was not able to recreate the incident. It was not full throttle but enough to really scare me. Yesterday I made a report to Honda of America & they were going to forward the report to the larry hopkins Honda dealer in burlingame where I have an appointment this Friday, April 4th. I did find reports on the internet where other people have had that same thing happen & their garage could never duplicate the incident or find a cause for it so I expect my visit to be fruitless & a waste of money, but I realize that I have to do it. I will always worry as long as I drive this car that could happen again & I may not be as lucky with the outcome. I was not planning to buy another new car until 2016.

I took my car into a shop to get it checked out and they said I have uneven tire wear he showed me it looked like zebra stripes in my tires. He said he thinks this was a recall. But he also said I needed front brakes. He said the rear brakes were not being used at all and that's why my front brakes went so quick. I was very upset. They should not have sold me a car that didn't have brakes in the rear. I have 2 children 1 is 3 and the other is 9. I really need to have brakes in my car.

Both rear brake lights stop working at the same time. Checked the fuse and bulb, both which are good. It appears the brake lights stop working after I pressed on brakes hard enough to engage ABS in an emergency situation. The high brake light mounted on the backlite is working.
