I had bought my car used from a dealer in July 2017. As soon as I drove the car off the lot, the MAINT REQD light came on with codes saying there was something wrong with the upstream, bank 2 oxygen sensor. I replaced it with an aftermarket O2 sensor, but it did not fix the problem. It was then replaced with a Honda brand sensor which made the light go off. The light appeared again with the same codes as before about 4 months later. Since the part was under warranty, the O2 sensor was replaced. The light did not go off even after resetting it. 4 mechanics later, it was diagnosed that the fuse for the O2 sensor was blown. It just needed a fuse.
