rear noise and low stability

We have put 6 sets of tires on our 2007 Honda civic. I sent the receipts in to Honda Class Action Lawsuit regarding uneven wear of rear tires. We even have a log book explaining the tire changes. But this is still not good enough. They have denied our claim. Our receipts don't have enough information on them.

Well, obviously we did not know there was a problem at the time the tires were changed. So nothing is mentioned on the receipts but is in the log book. Honda has acknowledged a problem by putting out a service bulletin. It is time that they stepped up to the plate and stand behind their product. Who can afford a new set of tires every year?

I am very disappointed in this car and in Honda Canada, but I am not surprised.

Called Honda to see what could be done with the KNOWN fact that the upper control arms as defective on the 07 Civics. Since I bought it out of warranty as is means I have to fix it. If it's a known defect of mis-engineering the arms too short, why wouldn't they fix the stupid thing? Until it's a recall they have no liability in the repair cost, what a crock! These clowns are idiots, what's it take for someone to have a blow out and somebody get killed before they do anything about it? That’s exactly why I usually buy Fords, customer service is great and always takes care of you.

Tire noise that is VERY LOUD in the back seat when driving after about 10,000 miles on each new set of tires. I am at 120,000 and have had 4 sets of tires. Rear tires have been damaged to point of no return from a continuous interior side wear on them. (is that toe in or toe out?) Car has been aligned twice but again after about 10,000 miles has needed to be done again.

Was told by Honda to either install a "rear adjuster control arm" at a cost of $400- $500 or rotate tires more often. Rotating tires doesn't fix the problem but masks it.

Any help with that cost would be awesome!

Civic LX 1.8L V4

Rear noisy tires, due to arms and after changing them, dealer told me to change tires that have only 40000 miles and they are 60000 miles, and those expenses should run by the dealer or assuming part of this payment, because this is a Honda manufacture problem that I was not told, or never did a recall on the parts.

Also gives a great deal of insecure feelings driving the car on the highway, the noise is so high that bothers listening radio or even talking to someone on the road, Honda should do a recall of those new cars that will present same situation and reimburse the cost of tires to owners.
