Today as I was driving to work, I went to pass someone on the freeway, and as I proceeded to change lanes I hear this shattering noise. I open my sun roof cover and glass started falling in my cup holder! at first I thought something fell off a car or the bridge I passed, but the only thing damaged was my sun roof and the glass was pointing up as if someone was sitting in my car and punched a hole through my sunroof! I am having it fixed tomorrow, but I am most definitely turning this car into my Honda dealership. From what I have read off of forums and seen on news reports I have come to the conclusion that this problem will most likely cost me a few more heart racing trips in my car before it ever gets fixed. If the dealership does not want to take blame for this when I come in, I WILL BE EXCHANGING VEHICLES ON THE SPOT, IN FRONT OF ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. NO MORE SUN ROOFS FOR ME!!

sunroof exploded

I was driving on the highway when all of a sudden I heard a loud POP on the top of my car. I opened my sunroof cover only to find out that my sunroof had completely shattered. While it's still intact and hasn't fallen out (yet), there is no sign that anything had hit the glass. It is bowed outwards as if the glass had become too big for the opening and just popped. Unbelievable. I am taking it into Honda on Monday, hopefully everything will still be intact by then so that they can see that nothing hit the glass.
