Civic LX 1.6L

  • Manual transmission
  • 30,800 miles

They replace the light switch when the lights would not operate (AT NIGHT!!!). those are working so far. Now, the windshield wipers will not operate!!!

I am concerned there must be some kind of microchip problem.. Any advise would be helpful!!!
