This is my LAST Honda...I thought I just had a lemon until I got to this site. I have to fix the brakes AGAIN! It seems like within a day after you first start to hear the noise, it becomes UNBEARABLE! My car is less than 3 years old and it sounds like a 1982 YUGO on the road! I already had problems with the engine mount coming loose and causing an AWFUL rumbling noise and I had to explain it to like 5 people, then they made me feel like I was LUCKY that they were fixing it for me, even though it was under warranty!

Dear Sir/ Madam

I really need your help with this.I have been having issues with Honda Civic in Happy Motoring Company Sdn Bhd, Brunei Darussalam on April 2008. My Honda Civic no is KK2883. My Name is Madam Lau Ngiik Chin. When I purchased my Civic, it was awesome for the first months, until January 2009, My Civic got problem show out.

First, my Civic front wheels got noise sound coming out and it’s turned really loud especially when I used the breaking system. I complain to the distributor in Brunei Happy Motoring co Sdn Bhd. The technicians say that, is absorbers problem, by that time my car still under warrently. And they promiss to replace it. Yes…they do replace a new absorbers to fit my civic, but I’m not on the spot to see they change a new one to fit my car, may be they not change it o whatever .when I try to drive my car again out from the workshop, on the road ,the problem still the same. I send again my Honda to distributor ,The technicians from Happy Motoring told me that, now a day all the new brand car is like this, see weather you are lucky o not. ( Is this a good answer they should answer me back)…..?????????Is all the Honda civic like this????

I’d send my Civic to The Distributor for check up for many many time regarding this problem, but very disappointed when the technicians told me there’s no problem on my Civic after tested drive for few days.i’m the owner on this car, and I ‘m the one who everyday use it, I know the problem is still there, they didn’t help to solve it.. I’m not happy to drive a new car with so many problem!!!!!!! And always wasted my time to complaint and never solve it.. I need my car to works for everyday.. now I don’t have a car to use it, who will going to pay my salary and lost???????? On the 16/8/2010 I send my car again to Happy Motoring again., and they still cannot find out, what is the problem on my car.. what the distributor in Brunei???? Can’t even solve the problem.

Who want to purchase a Honda car again???? I’m a Honda lover, but now so disappointed to Honda. When I took back my Civic, it’s happened again. But this times the sound even worse. I’d feel my front wheels hit the car rack, the absorbers not functioning at all. I’m really can’t stand for this horrible sound. I’m not feeling safe at all when I’m drive my Civic all times, I’m totally not satisfy with my car “ Honda Civic”.

I’ve keep complaint the same problem to the distributor but every time I’ll get the disappoint answer then, they not really solved the problem.

Honestly, I was careful to follow the instructions for use. So, I’d wonder may be my Civic that the Honda (Brunei) distributor sold to me is the recall vehicle. Now I want my car to be recall…………. And I NOT SATICFY TO BRUNEI DISTRIBUTOR” Happy Motoring Sdn Bhd.”

I’d be grateful if you could arrange to send a replacement or refund on my Civic, because I’ve very sick to complaint with the local distributor without helping hands. I really appreciate your help. Please reply my email as soon as possible. Thank you.
