The contact owns a 2008 Honda Civic. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle became difficult to turn and the contact heard a squeaking sound underneath the hood. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for service, but the failure still persists. The current mileage was 5,200 and failure mileage was 3,000.
