Civic LX N/A

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

It started about a year and a few months after I got the car from Reno Honda in 2011. Loud noises in reverse, then put into drive it would stop. Every time I took it to Honda they would say they couldn't fix something they couldn't hear. Once the car warmed up it would stop making the sound, so of course I looked crazy. Finally after almost 3 years with this issue it got so bad that they heard it. Turned out to be the motor mount. They had to fix it for free, since I complained while under factory warranty. This caused me so much unneeded stress that I was going to sell my car and say f*ck this. Unfortunately the people involved who keep making me feel like an ignorant moron still work there. Which makes it stressful to return. I pretty much hate going to Reno Honda because of the so called customer service I have received.

This is so annoying when driving, the noise is embarrassing. Plus the car is not performing to par.
