First heat wave and NO AIR!!!!!!!!!!!! Had my mechanic check out the AC and the COMPRESSER is out! Cost me $500 to replace. Really should NOT have replace a compressor at this age of vehicle. HONDA you suck!

Honda has refused to fix this issue! They say it's an act of GOD which is not covered under warranty. At 28K miles and only 1.5yrs old, I find this outrageous to refuse to acknowledge their faulty engineering. Due to large lower bumper opening design, many road debris slam against the soft aluminum on the condenser. I will never purchase a Honda again!! Very poor customer service, very poor quality unlike the 90s models!!

All of a sudden the A/C stopped cooling. It actually worked but as the summer set in it just was not able to keep up with the heat. In cooler days it was "OK", but that's not OK. I tried filling up refrigerant, which was in 'normal' level, withing the pressure range and it helped a bit, but the next summer it was right back at it: HOT!!!
Just one more issue (besides windows actuators, shocks, brakes, radio screen, steering system leak, paint fading and plastic/rubber seams and seals to just melt down or break apart, etc...) to prove Honda is definitely NOT what it used to be. I will add the other complaint, but to mention, we bought two 2010 Civics, one coupe one sedan, the same day. BOTH had the same A/C failure, which seemed to be a problem of time, not of mileage/use, because my mom's car failed around the same time but with about half the mileage than mine...
