The contact owns a 2010 Honda Civic. When the contact started the vehicle and activated the air conditioner, hot air circulated through the vents. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that metal fragments were in the air conditioner compressor. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified.
