S10 direct reply - expressing concerns about a recent experience of having a 2010 Honda Civic shipped from los angeles to Minnesota via a carries service. The consumer was concerned about the unpoliced shipping of vehicles/auto Transport. The dashboard was cracking by the radio and over the passenger's airbag. The vehicle had complications with low gas mileage. The consumer also stated the photo enforced cameras are faulty. The consumer stated the vehicle's windshield has a blind spot on the left side placement of the side airbag and has inappropriate types of plastic used through out the vehicle. The consumer requested to sale the vehicle back to the company to be analyzed.

The motor mount should not have needed replaced at 62,409 miles. It vibrates very bad when in reverse and makes this ungodly noise.

Second time seeing this on a Honda Civic. The motor mounts go bad fairly quickly and this time went bad on me under 36000 miles. It is a common problem with Honda Civic owners. The car starts relentlessly vibrating.

There is a water leak inside of my 2010 Honda Civic LX that occurs when it rains.the water leak is evident around the driver's side curtain air bag and other sections which may not be visible.see my youtube video that I made which shows the problem as it is occurring: youtu.be/xiyznf6igbe one of my biggest concern is that the water leak will corrode the side curtain airbag and prevent it from working properly in an accident. A search on youtube and google about the water leak on that type of vehicle revealed that other Honda Civic customers are having the same issue. Since my video upload of the issue, at least one person has E-mailed me via my youtube account and requested for me to let him know how the issue is resolved because he is also having the same problem. When I noticed the water leak I contacted Honda Motors and had the vehicle checked out at sloane Honda's service department in philadelphia, pa. However the service department was not able to replicate the water leak and therefore are not able to determine the source of the problem. The service department completed the assessment as a courtesy to me.the vehicle has approximately 28K miles; however the warranty is expired because the vehicle which is a 2010 model is over 3 years old. Because the water leak was not able to be replicated at the service location, Honda Motors is unwilling to go any further with addressing the issue. Any further visits to the service station would require for me to pay out of pocket since the vehicle is no longer under warranty. My request for Honda Motors to extend their manufacturer's warranty until the source of the water leak is identified and the problem fixed was denied. Please assist in resolving this issue with my vehicle and other's who are experiencing the same problem. Maybe a recall to identify and correct the problem is warranted. Thank you.

My friend and I put our purses in the trunk of my Honda Civic 2010 at a busy restaurant parking lot. Honda has an interior valet key hole to lock the trunk; so I feel safe to leave my things in the trunk. This key hole is at the bottom left side of the driver's seat. Someone broke the driver's window and opened the trunk with the valet trunk latch locked. I have the trunk always valet key locked; so I was surprised someone was able to pop the trunk. I took my car to a body shop place. He easily discovered that a plastic cover that is around the valet trunk key lock can be removed and a small latch can be moved to the left and the trunk opens. He said that he didn't know about this equipment failure. He said. "I can't trust my things in the trunk with a valet person, after this discovery." I was shocked. I buy Honda's because I like this feature. I have gone through a lot of emotional distress because my identity was stolen. The valet lock isn't broken but it is unsafe for those who don't know, like me, that it's not safe to leave your belongs in the trunk of this car.

Problem with the Honda Civic paint job. My 2006 I bought with 18000 miles already had the paint bubbling up below the clear coat in the roof and hood and trunk, just bought a 2010 new and just noticed two or three spots beginning to form already, will take it to the dealer so it can be documented that came like that from the factory, googled the problem and it seems to be prevalent on the Honda Civics.
