When shifting from Park to Drive or Reverse to Drive, a VERY noticeable 'crunch' sound is detected from under the car. My 2009 Civic did the exact same thing. Took it in for service twice and could not duplicate it, being that is a bit intermittent. This car does not drive/feel/operate like it has only 45K (but noticed at around 20K right after I bought it Certified Used from Honda) ...more like 300K. I am really shocked by the lack of quality in new Honda's (considering this complaint and a plethora of other service issues not mentioned). This is my fourth Honda, and it will be the last.
