This peeling and chipping started at lease 2 years ago, and has only gotten worse with time. The passenger side is worse than driver's side. I attributed the problem to the horrible FL sun, however, I haven't ever noticed this problem with other Honda's of the same year.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I checked with Xzilon treatment company, but they said it isn't paint, so they won't cover it.

I feel that if Honda messed up by not applying the clearcoat correctly, that I should not have to pay to have a loaner car while mine gets fixed estimate $ 200 -225 7-10 days.

Clear coat failing. Rust spots on hood. Car is only 3 years old.

This car is 2 years old. I bought the car used in December and took it back to the dealership and they told me it is now my problem. Did not notice it when I purchased the car.

Paint is chipping and peeling off my 2011 Honda Civic. Contacted the dealer and was told they know its a problem BUT the manufacturer of my car didn't do a recall, although most other cars were recalled for this issue.
