Hi Im anantha from Malaysia and I hope after reading this some of you may want to help me get the Honda Japan contact coz im unable to find out the contact person or the address to Honda Japan to complain regarding my 9th generation Honda civic that has problems that are taken very lightly here in Malaysia. I had my 8th generation which had many problems that was not resolved till the day I sold it off to get the new civic. hoping it would promise greater quality with advanced technology, but I was wrong. when the first day I took out the car I was shocked to hear a loud abnormal noise at the booth, my tire was hit by a stone and cracked, smell coming inside the car, Airbag is off most of the time and the cosmetic issues are sickening and a few days later I had problem with the reverse sensor that failed to function intermittently resulting me to knock down a pole. I was frustrated shocked and angry that the car was a wreck and unreliable!! What if it was a small kid behind my car. I complained everywhere and I was not responded to on time. I found there are many out there with similar or severe problem who couldn’t find the avenues to settle all this. Therefore I would like some one to help me to get in touch directly with the Japanese because I believe that Japanese are very concern regarding safety and quality. I feel I deserve quality and safety for the money I spent and I want justice. Thanks you
