I bought the car used, every time the window reached the top, on both the pass. and drivers front door, the door panel would bulge into the car about 3/8ths of an inch. I took it into the Honda dealership 2 times, to mention that I wanted my complaint on the record, as steel can only flex so many times before it becomes brittle and breaks, and was told that every car does the same thing.
I have drove cars for 50 years, from vehicles in the 40s to 2015, and none, even the couple of 99 Saturns with electric windows do this. I asked another owner of a 2012 Civic if hers did the same thing and she said it did, and she was wondering about that. I have sold the car now. A friend has a 2014 Honda, that looks just like my car, and the door panels do not bulge into the interior of the car. Sorry I don't have the vin number. Hope this helps some folks.
