Civic 2.2L Diesel

The call centre is useless they just dont phone back. my car is already in for 3 weeks and they can still not tell me when i will get my car....it is very frustrating to have bought a new car and have this much problems.... which is even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. They are not even sure if this will resolve the problem.
