The car has automatic transmission and jerks at acceleration. Bought it new and it was fine until about 20,000 miles, then the jerking started. I took it to the Honda dealership where I bought it and the rep told me that she had been working there for four years and has never heard of a problem called jerking acceleration. I then went to the manager and he said that he had never heard of a problem like jerky acceleration either. I thought this was deceptive because when you Google "Honda jerky acceleration" you get about 200 pages of hits and complaints. I noticed that the service manager was not interested at all in fixing the jerking acceleration problem, he was only interested in appeasing me without fixing the problem. I left.
