The contact owns a 2013 Honda Civic. The contact stated that the panoramic sun roof leaked continuously onto the rear seat. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the sun roof needed to be cleaned out. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the drainage to the sun roof was misaligned. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure was persistent. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,213.
