My 4th time bringing in my new Honda Civic for the Tire Pressure Monitoring Light. TPMS light keeps going on and will not go out. They drove my car 100 miles and (supposedly) went through their intense checklist. Car was fine when they dropped it off....but...the very next day on the way home from work...DING! Light goes on again. They told me that they performed the software upgrade and the car was as good as new. I called Corporate today and they gave me a case number 04263549. Yeah, right. Like they are going to do anything. I told them to get me a new car. That didn't go very well. Corporate also told me to go to another Honda Dealer. I asked her (Ina) if they were SAE Certified. She said yes. I then asked her, "why would I bring my car to another dealer if my original dealer cannot seem to fix this problem?" I am not expecting this to be taken care of. I thought that Honda was one of the safest cars around. I did my research and was very happy with it until this. Is there a Mr. Honda? Really, what do I do? There are too many of us out there that are having the same issue. Why is this so hard for them to fix the problem? I am really regretting purchasing my car. Honda sucks!
