I am a petite person and mostly work remote so the car isn't driven frequently. For 3 years, I only driven it 6500 miles. The first few months, I kept taking my car in for service because the drive side seat was slumping down on the side. Every single service tech says they will take a picture and send to Honda. Honda is the one that can authorize the change of seats and takes up to 6 weeks for a response. Every times I followed up - the service tech would no longer be working there. I talked do the service manager and they would say they would personally take care of it. When I follow-up they are no longer there. Fast forward to 3 years, the service manager and sales manager takes a look and say that they can feel and see the problem BUT Honda will not do anything about it so taking pictures and doing all that the previous reps did will not help. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE!!! Never a Honda again.
