After having my car at the dealer for the rat issue I leave with electrical issues; sunroof and windows won't open, Ipod won't connect and if it connects it right away says no device found. The blue tooth does the same and when i am on a phone call the connection is crackly the entire time. Dealer seems to have fixed the sunroof and windows issue and can't give me a reason as to why it happened. However the Ipod and bluetooth issues haven't been resolved.

The sunroof works when it feels like it. I told Honda Canada and they said if the dealer cannot replicate it that I was (in simple terms) "up Sh*ts Creek without a paddle". I told them what if I leave the sunroof open and the weather changes and it starts to rain and it causes water damage to the electronics/interior of my car? Honda Canada replied that I would have to make a claim with my insurance company. I called my insurance company and told them what Honda Canada said and the claims rep said that I wouldn't be covered whatsoever. I called back Honda Canada and told them what my insurance said and wanted to send a copy of my insurance policy stating that scenario wouldn't be covered, and the customer relations rep didn't want to answer a hypothetical question "what ifs" I told her if she had auto insurance because insurance is nothing but "what ifs" and refused to talk any further. So there you have it folks. This is what customer service is like at Honda.

-Smart people learn from other people mistakes (avoid Honda by seeing other people's anguish and frustration)

-Normal people learn from their own mistakes (I swear to God Honda will never see me step in one of their dealerships again)

-Stupid people repeat or ignore other people's mistakes

So which one are you?

-Dumb people repeat their mistakes

sunroof and passenger window will not close

The sunroof would only close 1/2 inch at a time. Took about 15 hits with the switch to close it. At the same time, the passsenger window would not close. I had to shut the car off and restart it to get the window closed. The window lock button was NOT activated, so thanks not the issue.
