The contact owns a 2016 Honda Civic. While driving 5 mph, a small tree branch fell onto the front windshield and it became shattered. The contact had small pieces of glass on her skin, but was uninjured. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified, but offered no assistance. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
