2017 Honda Civic. Consumer writes in regards to defective compressor clutch and radiator fans. The consumer stated the vehicle's air conditioner would blow out hot air. The vehicle was low on refrigerant. The dealer tested the vehicle for leaks and none were found. The vehicle was out of warranty; therefore, would not assist with repairs.
