I've only owned the vehicle for 2 months yet have been noticing more and more scratches appearing on my side driver window and also on my windshield. I owned a 2007 Honda Civic for 10 years and don't recall noticing so many scratches, or any scratches really, on any of the windows or the windshield. I can't really explain how the scratches are occurring, but on the windshield they do appear to, in some instances, be in the same line of motion as the wipers. I understand there is such a thing as wear and tear, but I personally feel that there is something about the glass, that it is "soft" -- not good quality, "cheap"... I've never known car windows and/or windshields to become so scratched up in such a short time, just from driving the car to and from work everyday??... I am not sure how to deal with this. Some are saying, go see the dealer, others are saying, replace through insurance.

I have fine scratches on my windshield from windshield wiper movement. They temporarily go away when I have the Crystal Fusion treatment reapplied (every 3 months). I believe that Crystal Fusion warranty's the windshield for 3 years. I will check with my dealership first. I suspect that the treatment is the culprit.
