Civic Sport 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 82,065 miles

The transmission was replaced at 31k for a reverse gear issue. 51k miles later the reverse gear will pop out of gear and then get stuck in that shift lane. It has to be smacked to go back into neutral. The dealership quoted $12,422 to replace the transmission. Honda USA stated that they would not help or cover anything because I used a 3rd party mechanic
