I have taken my car to Honda Lancaster 5 times, done many test drives. The 2nd time going they said they needed to replace the brake pads and rotors. As soon as I picked my car up it was still doing the same thing. It was a lighter sound. As the days when on the sound gets louder. I took my car back and they said to let the pad wear in at least 800 miles. So I did. Sound is still there. They now have to call Honda Corp. I was told to bring my car back for them to do some more test. After all there test they now are telling it's normal . Apparently the 2019 does it too. BUT the 2017 didn't. I refuse to settle that it's a characteristic. I believe that they just haven't caught it."To check". Turn off your radio, roll up your windows and listen. Mine is louder on the drivers side. I thank the big bosses at Lancaster Honda for taking the time to do what they can though.
