Civic Hybrid

The contact owns a 2010 Honda Civic hybrid. The contact stated that the driver's side sun visor fractured, causing it to drop and block the driver's visibility of the roadway. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician stated that the sun visor assembly needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 35,900.
