Crosstour

  • Automatic transmission
  • 17,000 miles

We have owned 4 Honda's - accord, pilots and now cross tour. They are a great car with fantastic reliability, BUT!!!!!!!!! We are looking for ways to get rid of our 2013 Crosstour which is fully loaded. We got rid of the other cars for the same reason. The seats and head rests have caused my entire family serious back and neck pain, herniations and degeneration. We can't ride 20 miles in those cars without severe pain that lasts well after we exit the vehicle. My parents refuse to go anywhere with us because of the seats and they hurt their backs. We traded in two pilots being told by salespeople the seats were better. Now we were told the same for the Crosstour. What a farce!!!! They might even be worse than the pilot.

Honda needs to shape up and recall these vehicles. They need to modify the design. They have lost us as customers, as well as all of our family members who have seen it for themselves. Plus all the people we share with.

I agree with other reviewers---- why does consumer reports not share this information?! It's so frustrating to try to do your research and make an expensive purchase only to find you have a car you can't travel 10 miles in. We never ever take the car on a trip for this reason.

Looking for a solution.......
