The contact owns a Kids Embrace Buzz Lightyear 2-in-1 Harness Booster Car Seat. Neither the model number nor the manufactured date was available. The contact stated that after cleaning her car, the contact attempted to install the car seat and discovered that the buckle latch was jammed open and could not latch securely. The car seat was not replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
