The contact owns a 2007 Honda Fit. The contact stated in August of 2009 that the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where she was informed the condenser failed and freon was leaking. A few months later the air conditioner failed to operate and the contact was again informed that the condenser failed. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was unavailable.
