It is unethical and bad for business for Honda to charge about $8.00 for what they call: "shop supplies" when they conduct an alignment for the car. After taking the car to a Honda Dealer for many years for service I am now very disappointed how they have behaved when for the first time I had a problem with this "shop supplies" charge. It is not only the amount of money that they charge but also the fact that it is a bogus charge. The three service people that I talked to could not explain to me what these "shop supplies" really were and so they said that they were either gloves or rags that they had to use to clean and/or handle the part of the car or fluid that they had to dispose of.
