this car is well taken care of, the trans fluid has been changed every 30,000 miles instead of the 60 recommended. my first honda was in 1990 with an accord. the care was unbelievable. in the past i have sold hondas with 190,000 miles and received top dollar. i'm very disappointed with this 2500 $ repair. honda is sounding like other car company stories. consumer reports no longer recommends the civic because of too many short cuts. i guess the short cuts started years ago and are now showing their failure. too bad, over the years i learned to trust honda and their products. i guess its good for the dealers. do you think that's what honda is trying to do? the years of loyalty are over, i'm going to look at Hyundai.
