There is rainwater infiltrating this vehicle from multiple points. This occurs even when the car is parked. The spare tire well accumulates gallons of water and the passenger side rear carpet is soaked. I see some rust on the welds around the rear hatch and under the carpet in the rear. I made an appointment with Autonation Dulles Honda, but when I arrived was told I would have to reschedule for a day when their leak specialist was scheduled (they have a regularly-scheduled leak specialist!!?). I asked if there were any bulletins or recalls issued about this problem (since the web is full of testimonials from other owners with the same issue) and was told that there were not. I have the understanding that the dealer fully expects me to pay for diagnosis and repair of the leaks, of course the car's out of warranty. I've never had a car that took on water. I was just singing the praises of my Honda Fit about a month ago, now I'm thinking that it's the last Honda I'll ever own.
