I went to turn on the air conditioning for the first time this spring and found that it only blows hot air. I took my car to the dealership and they told me the condenser had failed because at some point a rock had gotten flicked up into it and caused it to fail. It cost me $720 dollars to replace the part with an after market part. It is a very poor design to have such a delicate and expensive part exposed to the point that a rock getting flicked up by the tire can damage it to the point of failure. A quick Google search reveals many other consumers that have had this same problem.
