I would like to introduce my self. I am an Indonesia HR-V 2015 owners who have experienced similar complaints about the quality of Honda HR-V 2015. The complaints are regarding to the noise that heard from front below right side of the car, when passing through the bumpy road with speed between 30-40 km/hour. Furthermore, some of HRV owners heard the noise from the rear side. That noise occurred since the first day we drove the cars. In Indonesia language, the sounds called or like “gluduk-gluduk”. The other noises also complained by most of Indonesia Honda HRV 2015 owners are:

- When the car stop and go (the sounds called or like “deg”); - The noise of the brake system.

The noises above are very annoying. In addition, we are worrying if any possible safety problem raised because of some failure part or assembling process. We have already visited to your Honda Authorized Service/Dealer looking for the solution, but we have some responses from the mechanics with different answers/actions:

- Some of Service Advisor and/or Mechanic said that the noises are the HRV “characteristic” (usually this answer appears when the owners complained at the first time). But after some owners visited many times to complain about those noises, they take some action to solve it (repair and or change some parts).

- Most of repairing process and method from the Authorized Service are not standardized for similar complaint. Even the repairing process for the noises have been taken by the Authorized Service, it has been solved for some period of time. But after next several time the problem is occured again. For these matters, you may verify the history of complaints regarding the lists of Indonesia Honda HRV 2015 owners as attached files in related Authorized Service/Dealer.

We have already sent email for these complaints many times, but unfortunately we assumed that HPM Indonesia did not take it seriously for solving these complaints. These complaints have not been resolved fully in this several months. This caused most of Indonesia Honda HRV 2015 owner are getting so frustrated with the quality service of your Honda Authorized Dealer/Service.

We still believe that Honda have high commitment to satisfy their customers for stabilizing high quality level, although facing the tight competition and sometimes need cost reduction for still exist in that competition. We are expecting the serious action (not only trial and error) to be taken by HPM Indonesia to solve these complaints, after this letter received.
