I just want to hightlight to you whoever concern over here buying a Honda HR-V is a nightmare and it will linger on for the rest of my life.
Problems cropping up one after one another after getting the new car from The Honda HRV car selling agent on 14th September 2016 :-
1st Problem: after 7 days getting the new car on 14th September 2016 , the automatic window car screen got problem: cannot wind up and down automatically, jammed . After the service , the problem considered solved, ok.
2nd Problem: On 13th November 2015: began to hear noise, went to the Honda Car Service center and the technician checked and do the alignment and …
3rd Problem: On 19th November 2015: the noise came back again and I headed for the Honda Service Center again and was told that the noise is from RR AXKE BEAM and I was told I had to wait for 2 months for the spare parts.
4th Problem: On 15th January 2016: I was told that the spare part came and I went back to the Honda Car Service center to install default parts with the new BEAM ASSY RR AXLE.
5th Problem: On 5th March 2016: the noise problems still persists and never go away and I went back to the Honda Car Service center and I was told that the replacement of the new install got problems and I have to wait for another 2 months.
This is too much, looking into the time spending in and out from the Honda Car Service Center and I have cancelled all my sales and services to my fellow customers , just to attend to my new Honda HR-V.
This is more worst than buying a second hand used car and this is so pathetic and who wants to compensate for my dreamed car turned Problematic Car, not
