I was experiencing an issue with a brand new lease I acquired 3 months ago and they did nothing. The senors on the dashboard lite up and the wheel began to lock up while driving. I phoned plaza Honda around 10 am and after being transferred several time was told there was nothing they could do to accommodate me until the car was diagnosed which was understandable. 3 days later I was told rodents chewed through my wires in the engine harness and it would not be covered by my 3-month-old warranty. Unfortunately for me, I was unaware that Honda wraps all of its wires with a soy-based product that attracts rodents but Honda will not cover the expense nor will they re-wrap the wires with a repellant that they sell unless you purchase it first.
