After having my car for a few weeks my Apple Car Play was not working. Took it in the first time, and they told me that since I did not have the official Apple cable that was the problem and just reset the screen. A few months later I took it in again for the same issue and since they didn't find anything wrong with it they couldn't fix it. A few days after that I went again because this time it was not connecting at all. They tried changing the cable, to blame it on my cable but the problem still occurred. They tried plugging in a different phone, to blame it on my phone but the problem still occurred. After many attempts to try and blame it on everything I was doing or the Apple products I was using they finally did a full system update and have not had an issue with it since.
