The contact owns a 2019 Honda HR-V. The contact stated that while attempting to open the front passenger-??s door the door handle fractured and fell off the vehicle. Upon inspection of the door handle, the contact stated that there was a brace missing used to secure and keep the door handle intact. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer to be inspected. The dealer informed the contact that there was no staff available to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was scheduled a second appointment to have the vehicle repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000.
