Am really annoyed by this problem it is really disgusting. I loved that car very much but for now I cant let 1 of my friends or relatives to buy Honda.

Inspire 30TL 3.0L V6

I have recently purchased a used Honda Inspire (JDM version of the Honda Accord). Exactly one shy month with the vehicle, getting on the highway, transmission started failing. RPM Revs, gear will not change. Tried to stop the car and start over, same problem. So stuck in the middle of the road and the car does not move. Had to tow the vehicle to a local Honda garage.

Today, July 20, 2015 I am awaiting a response from the mechanic to what is the problem with the transmission. I have heard from local Honda dealer, a new transmission is up to $6.000.

Fingers crossed that this problem is not as major.
